An AI assessment for your business
Identify recurring tasks and the tools you use. Four questions help you discover a first opportunity before discussing your project.
Let’s find your starting point
- Your needs
- Your tools
- Frequency
- Time spent
Question 1 of 4
What would you like to make easier?
You can select several options.

How we work
Does this sound familiar?
The need often starts with a small task everyone has learned to live with.
- Enquiries arrive from everywhere
Email, website forms and notes from phone calls. Someone has to gather the information before they can reply. We look at how to bring it together and prepare the next step.
- The same information is copied again
From a message to a spreadsheet, from the spreadsheet to a quote, then into business software. The assessment identifies which handovers can be connected and which need reading or review.
- One person knows where everything is
Prices, procedures and previous cases depend on a colleague’s memory. A document assistant may help if the sources can be used and access is clearly defined.
- The team has tried AI tools
There are useful results, but everyone works separately and copies answers by hand. We identify which use deserves a place in your team’s tools and working habits.
Start with a real working day
- Understand what repeats
We talk to the people involved and follow an example from start to finish: an enquiry, a case or a document. Frequency, time spent and difficulties establish a starting point.
- Review the tools and data
Email, spreadsheets, business software and documents: we check what is available and how the tools could communicate. Constraints are identified before an implementation is proposed.
- Compare opportunities
Each opportunity sets out expected value, conditions for success, implementation work and running costs. Estimates use your activity as a basis; they are not guaranteed results.
- Choose a first project
You receive priorities and a scope that helps you decide. The assessment can be commissioned on its own. Any implementation is quoted separately.
Enough detail to make a decision
The assessment describes the process reviewed, the opportunities retained and why they matter. For the first project, it identifies the people, connected tools, expected result and checks needed.
We separate implementation, subscriptions, model usage and ongoing support. A simple rule may handle a task; AI becomes useful when variable information needs to be read, classified, searched or drafted.
One example is enough to begin
- Choose a recurring task someone would like to make easier.
- Identify the tools used and the people involved.
- If possible, prepare an anonymised example of the current work.
- No confidential documents or access to your tools are needed for the first conversation.
Scope and budget
- Who it is for
- Small-business owners who want to understand where AI or automation would help, with or without a starting idea.
- What is delivered
- A review of the agreed process, prioritised opportunities, a first scope and expected costs. Interviews, processes and documents are defined in the quote.
- Budget
- Quoted according to teams, processes and tools. The free discovery journey on this page does not replace the assessment.
- What the quote defines
- The first conversation defines the assignment. The assessment can stand alone; implementation and support are quoted separately.
Frequently asked questions
I have no idea what I could automate. Is that a problem?
That is exactly what the assessment helps with. Describe your business and a typical day: we help identify tasks worth reviewing.
Is the discovery journey the complete assessment?
The journey above suggests opportunities from your choices, free of charge and without contact details. The assessment is a separate service with interviews, analysis and deliverables defined in the quote.
Do I have to commission the implementation afterwards?
The assessment stands on its own. You can use it to decide, postpone a project or prepare an implementation. Deliverables and their reuse conditions are stated in the quote.
