What we coordinate

The plot is decided before the day: house size and venue dictate power, the number of monitors, and where FOH sits.

Fitted gear
PA, monitors, desk, mics, structure, and lighting sized for your house and venue. A detailed quote, without oversizing billed just in case.

Sound engineer
The person who makes the difference between a concert you hear and a concert you endure. Soundcheck, live mix, monitor management, and adaptation to the real acoustics of the room.

Lighting
Plot, addressing, cue creation, and operation. Lighting looks are prepared ahead; improvised on the night, they show.

Technical crew
Show technicians and intermittent crew for transport, load-in, operation, and load-out. A crew sized to hold the schedule.

Coordination
Reading artist riders, stage plot, patch, load-in schedule, venue and safety constraints. That is the invisible part that makes the day hold.

Recce
A prior visit to the venue when the event justifies it. A constraint discovered on the day always costs more than a visit.

Concerts, sized to the house — larger formats under conditions.
Festivals, with changeovers and multiple tech riders.
Weddings and private evenings, with sound sized for the room and not for the catalogue.
Theatre and live performance, where light and sound carry the dramaturgy.
Meetings, conferences, and seminars: speech intelligibility first.
Any other format: describe the context, we will say what is feasible.

How much notice do you need?

Ideally several weeks, more in high season when gear and technicians are booked early. A late request is not impossible, but it reduces the options.

Do you supply the gear or only the crew?

Both, depending on your needs. We can supply the whole, or only the technical crew if you already have a stock or an equipped room.

Do you work beyond the studio's region?

Yes, across France and further depending on the scale of the project. Travel and crew lodging then enter the quote.
