Custom CRM for your client work

An off-the-shelf CRM imposes its way of working. A custom CRM follows yours — and does not charge you for every extra user.

CRM, or managing the client relationship

A CRM — customer relationship management — centralises everything that touches your clients: records, exchanges, quotes, invoices, contracts, deadlines, live projects. The point is not storage: it is one version of the truth, instead of a spreadsheet, a mailbox, and three notebooks.

So the question is not "which CRM to pick" but "what wastes your time today". An entry made twice, a quote you cannot find, a forgotten follow-up, revenue you only know at quarter-end: those points decide the scope.

We do not build a custom CRM when an existing tool does the job — we say so. We do it when your craft has rules no generic tool can express without being hijacked — that is the terrain of custom software, and sometimes of a SaaS product if the tool must be sold to others.

What an Anym CRM covers

Portée de chaque rôleClient, employé et manager voient des périmètres emboîtés, du plus restreint au plus large.CLIENTses devis, ses factures, son projetEMPLOYÉses tâches, ses clients, son agendaMANAGERson équipe, la charge, les encours
Each person sees their perimeter, not the whole system. That is as much organisation as compliance.
  • 01

    Quotes, invoices, contracts

Created by hand or from a client record, sent by email, dunning on unpaid items, follow-up of subscriptions and deadlines. Compliant numbering, legal mentions, accounting export.

  • 02

    Projects and tasks

Planning, assignment, hour estimates, real progress. Each project carries its tasks, documents, exchanges, and consumed budget, in the same place.

  • 03

    Client space

Your clients follow the progress of their request, see their quotes and invoices, pay online, and ask questions without a call. Interruptions that stop interrupting you.

  • 04

    Staff accounts

Calendar, tasks for the day, validation of work, comments on projects, intake of inbound requests. Each person sees what concerns them, not the whole system.

  • 05

    Steering

Managers and leadership get the overview: load per person, late projects, work in progress, live revenue, upcoming spend. Figures that are calculated, not re-entered.

  • 06

    Roles and permissions

An explicit rights hierarchy: who sees what, who edits what, who validates what. That is as much organisation as security and GDPR compliance.

How we proceed

  • We start from your real processes, not an idealised spec: what you actually do, including the workarounds.
  • We ship first the core that saves you time immediately, then we extend. A CRM delivered in one drop after a year is a CRM that no longer matches.
  • Your existing data is taken over — spreadsheets, former tool, accounting exports — not retyped by hand.
  • You are trained on use and configuration. A CRM only the vendor can configure is a dependency, not a tool.
  • The code, the database, and the documentation are yours. You can host elsewhere or change vendor.

What we get asked most

The answers we give anyway at the first conversation.

Why a custom CRM rather than a market subscription?

A few reasons: your craft has rules the generic tool cannot express, the cost per user becomes unreasonable as the team grows, and your data stays with you. If none of these apply, a market tool is the right choice and we will say so.

Can the CRM connect to our existing tools?

Yes: accounting, mail, calendar, e-signature, payment, website. Integrations go through APIs and are documented. That is often the main point of custom work — stopping double entry.

Where is the data hosted?

On infrastructure of your choosing, in Europe by default, with encrypted backups and a tested restore. We can host, or deploy at your current host.

How long does a CRM project take?

A first version usable in production generally ships in a few months. The full perimeter then extends by increments, from what use reveals.

A management tool to build?

Describe what wastes your time today. We will tell you whether custom work is justified.
