Anym Studio, an independent studio based in Rouillac (Charente), France, is the controller for the processing described on this page.

Being the controller means that Anym decides why the data described on this page is used and organises how requests about it are answered. Any technical providers used are not intended to use this information for their own purposes: they operate a service needed for the site, receipt of a message, scheduling a meeting or securing a form.

Requests and meetings are recorded in Anym’s administration area. Access is limited to the people who need it to handle the request.

These providers act only to deliver their technical service. Anym neither sells nor rents any personal data.

No decision with legal effect is taken automatically. A filter may mark a message as unwanted, but it does not delete it.

The list here describes categories of recipients, not a general right to access all data. Each participant receives only the information useful for the service it provides. If the technical setup changes in a way that adds a provider or alters its role, this page is intended to be updated so that people can understand who their information may be sent to.

Retention periods are not identical for every item of information: they depend on why it was collected, the progress of the exchange and, where needed, applicable legal obligations. Anym aims not to retain contact or project information beyond what is useful for the relationship, following up a request or the possible exercise of rights.

• Requests, estimates and meetingsfor the duration of the exchange, then as long as needed to follow up the relationship or defend a claim. Requests that are no longer useful can be deleted from the administration area.
• Contractual relationshipthe relevant information is then kept for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax or legal obligations.
• Internal analyticsa scheduled deletion applies the period configured in the administration area, set to 400 days by default.
• Estimator progressit stays in your browser session and disappears once the form is sent or the session ends.

The end of a retention period does not necessarily mean that no technical trace can remain instantly in a backup or security log subject to its own rotation cycle. Those copies are not used to restart marketing, enrich a profile or resume processing that no longer has a purpose. When deletion is requested, the request is reviewed in light of the information concerned and any obligations that may justify limited retention.

Plausible, when configured, runs without a cookie or a persistent identifier. The estimator uses only browser session storage so your progress is not lost before you send.

Cloudflare Turnstile may analyse technical signals when you use a form. The current integration does not enable its optional pre-clearance cookie.

Session storage used by the estimator serves only to keep progress during the current journey; it is not intended to recognise a visitor from one session to the next or link their browsing to external services. The possible presence of an audience-measurement or anti-bot tool is described here because such tools may process technical data even when they do not use an advertising cookie.

Depending on the situation, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If the answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (opens in a new tab).

To handle a request correctly, it is useful to indicate the way you contacted Anym, the period or journey concerned and the right you wish to exercise. Identity may be checked where necessary to avoid disclosing information to someone else. A simple request receives an answer or information about its handling within the applicable time limit; if it needs more time because of its complexity or volume, the person is informed within the initial time limit.

This policy applies to the processing described for the public site anym.fr. It should be read together with the information shown when data is requested: a form, meeting request or other journey may provide additional information where needed to explain what is expected and what happens if an item is not provided. It does not replace contractual documents that may govern a client relationship after first contact.

The update date at the bottom of the page identifies the version consulted. If purposes, categories of data, recipients, retention periods or the ways to exercise rights change significantly, this policy is intended to be reviewed so that the information remains understandable and readily accessible.
